Conference and Sporting Event Name Badges

As the Print Services Designer for Visit Fargo-Moorhead, one of my key responsibilities is designing name badges that capture the identity and purpose of each event. Whether it’s a fast-paced sports tournament that needs custom bag tags or lanyards, or a professional conference requiring a sleek, branded badge, I tailor each design to reflect the event’s overall theme and audience.

Every project begins with understanding the client’s vision, brand colors, and event atmosphere. From there, I focus on creating layouts that are not only visually engaging but also functional and easy to read. Over the years, I’ve designed a wide range of badges — from bold and energetic tournament passes to clean and modern conference credentials — each crafted to enhance the attendee experience and elevate the event’s presentation.
